Artist Statement

My work is intimate, fluid and spontaneous. I enjoy wading in the waters of the unknown when it comes to techniques, mediums, and tools. Through painting abstract art I foster my need for expression that if fueled by emotion. Depth, unified luster and testing how far acrylic paint will go helps me explore our world, our need for justice, equity and social/emotional guidance.
