Artist Statement

I'm a mother, an artist, a thinker and meditator. A pragmatical idealist and romantic dreamer. Complex but with simple needs . And I'm growing , evolving into true self more every day. All kinds of Arts, painting, drawing, imagining, is my profession, religion and obsession. I've been drawing and painting from age 3. After graduating from Russian art school and University with the Master degree in Fine Art and Art History I was working in the movie industry as animator for 15 years. After moving to the States for good I have studied painting with Scott Christensen, Jeremy Lipking, Jim Lamb, John Bodicin, Pam Ingalls, Robert Liberace and Ovanes Beberian . I'm affiliated with Oil Painters of America and Plain Air Painters of Washington .I'm also an avid reader, a salsa dancer, a hiker, yoga and meditation practitioner, just in a constant search for Balance, Beauty and Harmony.
