Artist Statement

I have been working in both bronze and marble for about 4 years. For bronze, I use the lost wax method - first creating the piece in wax, creating a mold, burning the wax out, filling with melted bronze and then finishing the piece with a patina.
With marble, I use hammers and chisels to create. My inspiration always comes from nature and my pieces end up being animals, or have animals included in them.
