Artist Statement

I worked as an ink and cell painter at an animation studio in the 1970’s and began doing free-lance illustration, mostly pen and ink and watercolor portraits. I am represented by HolderDane Gallery in Grapevine, TX, have won numerous awards and am a member in good standing of American Impressionist Society, Oil Painters of America, and the Portrait Society of America. I work primarily in oils and have portraits in many private collections.
