Artist Statement

My artistic practice centers on natural dyeing and textile/fiber exploration. I work primarily with plant- and insect-based dyes, eco-printing, and fiber experimentation to create one-of-a-kind textiles, garments, and accessories. While my process is slow and intuitive, my style is bold, bright, and unapologetically colorful. I draw inspiration from the wide spectrum of hues found in nature. Each piece embraces variation and imperfection that celebrates the vibrancy and unpredictability of natural dyes.
