Artist Statement
Adam Bell is a contemporary visual artist based in East Patchogue, New
York. Launching his professional practice in Fall 2023, Bell has quickly established a distinct voice
through his layered acrylic paintings that explore movement, migration, and the emotional atmospheres
found in the natural world. His widely recognized “Fall Run” series captures the kinetic tension between
instinct and environment, while his “Robot Daughter” works blend mechanical and figurative forms to
explore identity and transformation. Bell has exhibited across Long Island and the Hamptons, earning
juried selections in multiple fine art fairs and receiving Best in Show at the South Bay Arts Council’s
curated members exhibition in 2025. His work has been featured in solo and group exhibitions through
the Patchogue Arts Council, South Bay Arts Association, BAFFA, Artists & Fleas, and Howard Alan
Events. With a background in professional financial planning, Bell brings a disciplined, analytical
approach to his studio practice, pairing technical precision with emotive, intuitive mark-making. His
work appears in private collections across New York.
