Artist Statement

I started drawing at a young age, sometimes drawing sitting on the street and gaining my first lesson in perspective.
Later on as a student at RISD I began to fully understand how design in all its forms influences just about everything we
see. As time went on and I kept evolving in both my art and in my life I gained more confidence in just letting the
process show me when I had an image that I believed in and that was my own.
