Ksenia Winnicki

Artist Statement

Ksenia Winnicki is a photographer, writer, and book publishing professional. Born in Poland, and raised in New York City, she attended college at Boston’s Northeastern University where she earned a BA in English, and then earned her MA in English at Brooklyn College. In 2015, she presented her thesis, Declassifying and Reclassifying Medieval Werewolves, at the Company of Wolves conference at the University of Hertfordshire in the UK. As a digital and film photographer, she enjoys landscape, wildlife, and street photography. She is also interested in photographing abandoned buildings and locations. Her photos have been part of several shows already and have also been featured on several Instagram accounts; her photos have received honorable mentions and awards.
