Artist Statement

Susan Borland is an artist exploring how creative processes cultivate connection and learning. Drawing on her experiences in Maine and Virginia, she began working in photography but has expanded to other mediums.Through her art, she creates a meaningful connection between her environment and her newfound understanding.
