Artist Statement

I am self taught and have been creating jewelry and participating in art shows for 15 years. I use gemstones, metal, wire, both new & recycled in my processes. I solder, use cold fusion, wire wrap, burnish & more to create one of a kind artisan pieces.
The idea of using"hard" pieces like hardware , or wire, and mixing these with the "softness" of a pearl for example, is a recurring theme in my art.
