Artist Statement

My primary work is commissioned by AKC dog clubs and breeder owners. I feel my strengths lie with depicting purebred dogs true to type, following the AKC standard. I try to push the standard, to pull out an artistic rendering of the breed , to bring out the true essence of a particular breed.
