Artist Statement

In the mid seventies I set up a home darkroom to print my black and white photographs. Eventually my interest in the history of photography whetted my desire to explore non-silver processes and later contemporary image making techniques. Although each method presents a specific set of challenges the unique quality of each also offers a special satisfaction.
