Artist Statement

Meeting and watching people has always been a passion of mine, painting them is a true love. A figure can be a source of great beauty and always a new challenge for me to paint.In most of my work I use family, friends, or someone who has shared an event with me. My paintings tell stories through portraiture and history. Looking at works from the Renaissance and Early Renaissance always inspire me.
