Artist Statement

Primarily a painter, I work in my studio in Corrales, NM to make the things I want to look at. In a general sense most of these resemble small scale objects that incorporate automatic writing, psychedelia, pattern, illusion, pareidolia, perspective, etc. Mostly on paper my work incorporated paint of various types, natural dyes/pigments, drawing and some collage. . Whatever it takes, really, to make image objects that will feed my need for cortical stimulation
