Artist Statement

I am a landscape photographer whose work spans both daytime and night, exploring the relationship between human history, place, and time. While working primarily in the American Southwest, I also travel throughout the United States and internationally. I photograph natural and built environments shaped by human presence and from expansive desert landscapes to abandoned and transitional sites. Using natural light and long-exposure techniques, my images emphasize stillness, impermanence, and the way changing light transforms familiar places into spaces for reflection.
