Artist Statement

Hrysek Farms is a coffee roaster based in Stroudsburg PA, started in 2021 by us - Adam and Brian. We specialize in roasting high quality coffee beans from around the globe, origins like Papua New Guinea, Tanzania, Colombia, Ethiopia, and others rotated in seasonally. We roast our beans to highlight the natural flavors of the origin and process, all with the goal of creating a simple moment of joy for the coffee drinker.

We are on a mission to create moments of joy with each sip. Every time our coffee hits your mug we want to give you a reason to smile. From roasting to brewing, we focus on the freshness of our beans, what is being left behind, and how we impact our customers and our local community.
