Artist Statement

My work is rooted in the belief that the human body, in its natural state, is art. Through nude photography, I explore beauty not as an ideal to be perfected, but as something inherent—present in form, gesture, and stillness. I am drawn to moments where the body exists freely, without performance or disguise, allowing authenticity to surface.

Freedom is a recurring theme in my work. I seek to create images that feel unguarded and honest, where the subject is neither objectified nor distanced, but simply *seen*. My approach is emotional and observational; rather than imposing a narrative, I respond to what unfolds in front of the lens. I want viewers to slow down, to feel a sense of calm and openness, and to reconsider their own perceptions of the nude form.

Collaboration is central to my process. I work closely with models in a consent-driven environment built on trust and mutual respect. Each image is a shared act of creation, shaped by conversation, comfort, and presence. This collaborative dynamic allows vulnerability to exist without exploitation.

Influenced by the photographic legacy of Alfred Stieglitz and the bold visual language of Helmut Newton, as well as cinema and personal experience, my work balances intimacy with clarity. Ultimately, I aim to present the body not as a provocation, but as a quiet declaration of freedom and beauty.
