Artist Statement

I like the freedom of “sculptural” painting. My art originates in a messy, chaotic studio with music pumping, paint flying and gel oozing. And that’s how creativity should look, not all dressed up and staring back at an artist from inside a world of taut canvasses and flat screens. I am still trying to find my own little area of obsession, but meanwhile I’m influenced by living at the shore and the color Blue.
