Daniel Eller
Artist Statement
Daniel Eller forged his creative sprit and professional career in Detroit and the Center for Creative Studies of the early 1990s. He was a pioneer for digital art and photography which was sparked as a high school student—long before computers and cameras were the same thing. Using his passion for technology and the arts he, along with his wife Lisa Alfelt, built and ultimately sold a full service marketing agency that continues to serve hundreds of clients around the United States and Canada. His attention is now focused on creating photography, video and digital art work. Daniel is also the director of The Barbershop Gallery in Hamtramck, Michigan—a space that exhibits innovative and experimental artwork and photography books from local, national, and international artists.
