Artist Statement

Inspired by post-impressionism with a focus on color and line over realism, I spend my days painting and working as a graphic designer in my home studio.

My pieces capture the inherit freedom of nature in loose, bold brushstrokes. Allowing pencil lines to show and often adding oil pastel, my paintings become a true harmony of color and texture. I feel most connected to my artwork seeing it hung in a home, bringing elegance and warmth into a space.
