Artist Statement

Love of painting has been my joy in retirement. I look to Andrew Wyeth’s work for inspiration in his pallet and his aesthetic. I look to Grandma Moses for inspiration in her late in life success and the beauty of her naive art. Painting makes all my worldly and physical troubles disappear.
