Artist Statement

I create art to create emotion. I want it to stir you. Give feelings of joy and sunshine and goodness. There’s always a dark side to life, but there’s a bright side too. I've had my share of life's challenges and doing art pulled me out. If I can give someone that same lift from my art, then it has meaning and purpose.
