Artist Statement

I came late to my becoming a painter. Everyone need a(n expensive) hobby. I’m drawn to beautiful landscapes with light plus shadow and I’m a firm believer in bold color. I’be been told I paint as if I were from Oz.

I seem to prefer mountains and water, especially the ocean. Thank you for seeing my work; I hope it brings you some lightness.

I prefer a palette knife and my fingers since I detest cleaning brushes.
