Artist Statement

I am a landscape artist who paints the scenes that bring joy to my heart--scenes of the American Southwest with its expansive views and of European travels. I am inspired by artists Georgia O'Keefe, Edgar Payne, Joaquin Sorolla, Richard Diebenkorn and Claude Monet.
