Artist Statement

My artwork explores the space between the inner landscape and the external lived experience. These works serve as celebrations of balance in constant negotiation. Often exploring dualistic themes, it is my hope that these works invite reflection in the pause between the breath in and the breath out. My artwork embraces the understanding that individual viewing experiences differ. It is presented in the hopes that viewers may reflect upon, be curious about, and share their viewing experience with others.
