Artist Statement

My work searches for hidden presences within abstraction-suggestions of wildlife and figuration that emerge from instinct rather than depiction.
Through shifting fields of form, texture, and color, images surface slowly, hovering between recognition and the unknown.

In the studio I follow intuition, allowing the work to evolve through gesture and layered surfaces.
What begins as abstraction gradually reveals traces of something primal and alive. These forms feel unearthed rather than constructed, existing in a space where memory, nature, and imagination intersect.
