Artist Statement

In my studio in Beacon, New York, I work as a mixed media artist, drawing upon my training as an art therapist to foster empowerment through creative exploration. My art is a meditation on place, an attempt to capture the emotional resonance of my environment. Inspired by Carl Jung's concept of the collective unconscious and Wassily Kandinsky's pursuit of the spiritual in art, I seek to create work that resonates with the soul.
