Artist Statement

My work has been been referred to as similar to California Impressionists, with its bright and vibrant color. Not sure I deserve a title because as of late I?ve been working in collage where I combine abstract qualities with my bright palette and realistic elements.
Painting has to be fun, exciting and challenging; and growing as an artist helps to keep it that way.
