I am attracted to complexity. I am attracted to energetic strokes, to boldness of execution and to surprising color.
I am attracted to the physicality of the tension between light and shadow. My paintings pursue the relationships
between geometric and organic forms. Beginning each painting from observation, my paintings explore the fine
line between realism and abstraction.
