Artist Statement
Bonny Butler is an artist living and working in Oxnard, California. Her practice is grounded in process and technique, with a focus on expressive gesture, color, and the interplay between abstraction, impressionistic and figurative imagery. Influenced by her coastal environment, Butler draws inspiration from everyday life, natural forms, and visual reference from both art history and contemporary art.
