Artist Statement

I have always stopped and focused on the smallest moments. I see the tiny differences in shades of grey and become excited by the unexpected images in life. When I picked up pastels in 2018, I found a way to capture moments and rich colors, details and impressions.
Every piece I work on has a story and a meaning, even if only in the stillness of the moment.
