Artist Statement

Pysanky - Ukrainian Eggshell Art - All my work is created with real eggshells.

I have been writing pysanky for over 50 years. It is a part of my heritage and I enjoy sharing this ancient Ukrainian Folk Art with others, especially during these horrific times.
In addition to creating Pysanky, I find great satisfaction in teaching others this unique folk craft in workshops and classes. As the war still rages on, my proceeds are being donated to aid for Ukraine. Thank you for your support.
