Artist Statement

My name is Natasha Foucault, an artist from Moscow, Russia, who has been in the Bay Area for the last 30 years, and whose gallery is located in Half Moon Bay. All my life I have noticed the beauty all around me. I decided that my purpose in life would be to bring that beauty to art via the medium of silk painting. I create both fine and wearable art on silk. I have taught all over the world, and am an internationally recognized master of silk painting.
