Artist Statement
My dreams take me nightly to places fantastical and full of color. Many people write about their dreams in journals, I produce mine in art. Each piece begins in clay, is cast, patinated and painted, then I apply mosaic and glass embellishments that I form in the kiln. My work is influenced by cathedrals, nature and carousels.
