Artist Statement

I work with geometry and structural logic as foundations for visual composition. Drawing from a background in construction, I am interested in the hidden labor of structures — the forces and conditions that sustain form yet remain unseen.
My work begins with simulated interactions between geometric elements, often two intersecting cubes. Through sectional cuts, I reveal internal relationships of balance, tension, and deformation.
The final compositions are not representations of structures, but distilled visual interpretations of their silent structural behavior.
