Artist Statement

A Hudson Valley- based emerging artist, whose work is deeply influenced by the beauty and struggle found in the natural world. Her photography, encaustic work, paintings, mixed media and poems have been locally exhibited and published, as part of juried solo and group shows. Her work has been rejected, sold and awarded and she loves the entire process, from start to finish. She has created logos for local small businesses and designed tattoos. Her love of antiques and repurposing often finds her work created on finds or edged by vintage frames she restores herself.
