Artist Statement

I am an artist who hopes to be seen not only for my work, but for the emotions it carries. My pieces are rooted in emotional experience, created with the intention that viewers can feel the work rather than simply observe it. Through my art, I want people to recognize that they are not alone—our struggles, thoughts, and vulnerabilities are part of the shared human condition.

I am drawn to exploring the contrast between discomfort and beauty. I believe that what is often considered “ugly” or painful can transform into something meaningful and beautiful over time. This belief guides my creative process and the narratives within my work, allowing difficult emotions to be acknowledged rather than hidden.

I have been creating art from a very young age, often repurposing everyday materials and giving discarded objects new life. Whether working with paper, containers, or clay, I am inspired by the act of transformation—turning something overlooked or forgotten into something intentional and expressive. My work reflects both personal growth and the resilience found in reimagining what we already have.
