Jay Shaffer is a photographer and filmmaker living off-grid near Taos, New Mexico. Specializing in expansive land, sky, and astrophotography, his work serves as a visual plea for the preservation of our wild places. By documenting the raw beauty of the natural world, Jay aims to reconnect viewers with our ancestral dark night skies and the urgent need to protect our environment.
