Artist Statement

My work rises from a reverence for the natural world and a sharpened sense of its fragility. Through detailed paintings and sculptural forms, I honor nature’s emotional force while tracing the imprint of human ambition. Vivid color, layered pattern, and shifting composition braid wildlife with the symbols of our making, inviting viewers to consider where we stand in time.
In sculpture, this inquiry becomes spatial—forms appear and dissolve as one moves, revealing the human profile as both structure and echo. Identity becomes architecture; architecture becomes memory. Each piece reflects how we inscribe ourselves onto the world and how those marks endure.
Across mediums, I explore the tension between belonging to nature and standing apart from it. I aim for work that resonates in the body as much as the mind—art that stirs awareness, empathy, and a deeper reckoning with the environmental future we are shaping.
