Artist Statement

"There is no one who still believes in the miraculous healing force of images nor are there enemies who can put their magic to the test." -snippet from an article in a 1980's Art in America.

I work each night in the studio taking photographs until I feel healed. People seem to sense this when they look at one of my photographs and frequently tell me that they suddenly feel more at ease. This healing is all I ask for in my work.
