Hannah Heneghan

Artist Statement

My name is Hannah and I am a New Orleans native. I work full-time in advertising as a Senior Designer. I jumped into film photography in 2019 and started scanning my own film in 2023. While I still do a lot of work in the digital world, I really enjoy and find it necessary the way film causes me to slow down. Shooting film has fostered a spirit of gratefulness in the details of my life – a blooming garden on a walk in a new city, groovy patterns in the sand, an empty glass at a table full of friends, etc.
