Artist Statement

Summers over! Bah humbug! I'm going to miss that warm sunshine, mud free hiking, and swimming in the pool. I loved the profusion of bright garden flowers. But Wait! I also love fall's beautiful earth tones as everything progresses to dormancy. The blending of red, yellow, brown is also gorgeous. Seeing the appearance of twinkling stars in the midnight blue sky signaling day's end satisfies my artistic desire for beauty. I know the earth is alive with more showy surprises.
