Artist Statement

I am inspired deeply by dichotomy and liminal spaces, the juxtaposition of light and dark, and where nature meets the city landscape. This is visualized most often in the contrast of organic and antiqued metal finishes coupled with smooth polished gold, clean architectural lines, and eye catching stones.

I am passionate about working with rare and unique stones and materials like mammoth ivory and meteorite, as well as using self-collected and self-cut minerals locally to create mixed metal jewelry that is as unique as it is durable and well made.
