Chaos ó ordú : Chaos from Order

This sculptural form explores a fabric of existence merging playful intuitive and structural harmony.
Silver is a reflective surface mirroring the act of contemplation. I used the method of lost wax casting merging spontaneous drip technique with intentional moulding, being sure to keep my human fingerprints.

The title is in Irish, I was raised along the wild Atlantic way, chaotically beautiful seaside. My namesake is goddess Brigid, the goddess of poetic inspiration, fire and metalworking. My intention was to create something that rhymed with the intensity of nature and its innate structure. I aimed that expresses my keenness on science and the spiritual mystery of beyond. Making sense of the wild, making wild of the nonsense.
