Artist Statement
Artist Statement - I am inspired by color - the iridescence of a crow’s wing in the sun, the pop of red berries on a gray winter’s day, the bright yellow of sunflowers against a blue sky on
a clear autumn day. I find joy in recreating the colors and patterns I see in nature.
Watercolor is my medium of choice, the way the color and water move around the paper feels magical to me.
