Artist Statement

I am a self-taught artist, and I create multicolor dimensions on canvas, primarily using acrylic paint. My process begins with color blending as a base and then layered textured acrylic mediums to create colorful movement and bring emotions to life on canvas. My canvases range from 6x6 to 48x60. I began painting in 2023 after an unexpected kidney transplant and my pieces are created through a sense of meditation and personal exploration. My paintings have helped me find strength and perseverance during my own journey, and I hope to inspire joy, happiness, and positivity in others.
