Artist Statement

I began creating art using a computer in the mid 1990s. In 2018, I discovered acrylics and have enjoyed exploring that medium.

"Elverta Rice Fields" reflects my love for the area of California where I was born and raised. It is a wide flat place. The view goes all the way to the sky, and it is always new.
