Artist Statement

I am primarily a pastel artist, a Signature member of the Connecticut Pastel Society and the Pastel Society of America. Being an artist often means seeing our world a little differently than others do. I love the play of light and shadow, and hope to convey to the viewer the simple beauty that is all around us.
