Artist Statement

Born in the vibrant tapestry of India, I've long been captivated by the country's rich colors and culture. My art is a reflection of this, blending traditional and modern styles to create unique pieces that capture snapshots from my mind. Drawing from a diverse range of Indian folk art forms like Lippan, Madhubani, Tanjore, and Alpana, I strive to infuse my work with the essence of ancient temples' art and architecture.

By day, I delve into the world of science as a Biotech Scientist, but for over two decades, my true passion has been the world of art and color. I've shared this passion by teaching art to various age groups, and now, after years of keeping my art to myself, I'm stepping out to share it with the world.
