Artist Statement

I consider myself a contemporary painter primarily working in an abstract-realism style. I find inspiration in the depth of colour and form in the natural world, shorelines, rural vistas, beach,marsh although equally inspired working from a stilllife in the studio. I have a ongoing series Crossroads focus on mobility and explained on my website deborahrhillpaintings.com
